The tastiest web site we have been involved with...if you like Italian food, you'll love Italyum.

This web project had a number of objectives:

• It needed to be easy and quick to add new recipes to the site, yet present each recipe in a standard format, with one click shopping lists, and a printable format for each recipe.
• The page layout must have room for Google ad groups, and affiliate adverts, as this is a major income source for the site.
• The site must be very search engine friendly to maximise traffic and hence ad income.

The first challenge was to come up with a strong brand identity for the site. We settled on the name Italyum for obvious reasons, and applied for and secured UK registered trade mark protection for the name and visual identity.

We then created the site with easy navigation and a warm colour palette. Mouth watering food photography rounds off the package.

The site now attracts 15,000 visitors a month, and generates significant income from advertising.
